En outre, la plupart de la D3 disponible sur le march\u00e9 est copi\u00e9e chimiquement.<br \/>\nLorsqu\u2019elle est d\u2019origine\u00a0animale, la vitamine D provenant de l\u2019extraction de l\u2019huile de foie de morue (une graisse provenant du foie des poissons), de toute autre graisse animale ou de la lanoline, doit ensuite \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une exposition \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re ultraviolette. Le probl\u00e8me avec la D3 animale, est la pollution par des pesticides liposolubles et des m\u00e9taux lourds. Les poissons gras tels que le hareng, le poisson-chat, la truite, le thon, l\u2019anguille, les sardines, le maquereau et le saumon contiennent de la vitamine D3, mais aussi des m\u00e9taux lourds et des substances toxiques telles que des perturbateurs endocriniens. Il arrive souvent que les compl\u00e9ments de vitamine D3 contiennent \u00e9galement des substances toxiques. La vitamine D2 v\u00e9g\u00e9tale se pr\u00e9sente dans les champignons sauvages non issus de l\u2019agriculture, le fromage et le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf.<\/p>\n<h2>La vitamine D3 serait-elle plus efficace que la D2 (v\u00e9g\u00e9tale)\u00a0? Absolument pas\u00a0!<\/h2>\n<p>Beaucoup disent que la D3 (animale) est mieux assimil\u00e9e par l\u2019organisme que la D2 (v\u00e9g\u00e9tale). Les scientifiques eux-m\u00eames ne parviennent pas \u00e0 se mettre d\u2019accord. Par exemple, une \u00e9tude scientifique publi\u00e9e dans le Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism en 2008 (93: 677-681) \u00e9tablit clairement ceci\u00a0: 25 \u00b5g de D2 quotidiennement sont tout aussi efficaces que 25 \u00b5g de D3 pour maintenir \u00e0 niveau le taux s\u00e9rique de vitamine D (25-hydroxy-vitamine D), sans effet n\u00e9gatif sur le taux sanguin de 25-hydroxy-vitamine D3. La conclusion de l\u2019\u00e9tude est que la vitamine D2 est tout aussi efficace que la D3 lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de maintenir ou mettre \u00e0 niveau un taux sanguin sain de 25-hydroxy-vitamine D.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que les \u00e9tudes scientifiques se contredisent, beaucoup d\u2019entre elles font \u00e9tat d\u2019une meilleure assimilabilit\u00e9 de la D3. Mais l\u2019assimilation de la D3 (animale) va souvent de pair avec l\u2019absorption de m\u00e9taux lourds, pesticides, perturbateurs endocriniens et autres substances toxiques qui sont pr\u00e9sentes dans la graisse des animaux. C\u2019est pourquoi Amanprana opte pour la D2. Aucun pesticide, m\u00e9taux lourds, perturbateurs endocriniens ou autres substances toxiques n\u2019est \u00e0 d\u00e9plorer dans la D2 (v\u00e9g\u00e9tale) d\u2019Amanprana.
