Il vaut alors mieux opter pour des sources v\u00e9g\u00e9tales\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h2>Avons-nous besoin de davantage de vitamine D via l\u2019alimentation ou des compl\u00e9ments\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Lorsque nous prenons souvent le soleil, sans maquillage ni cr\u00e8me solaire et avec un niveau de cholest\u00e9rol suffisant dans notre corps, nous n\u2019avons pas besoin d\u2019ing\u00e9rer davantage de vitamine D via l\u2019alimentation ou des compl\u00e9ments. Le corps produit suffisamment de vitamine D active.<\/p>\n<p>Prendre le soleil 30 minutes de mani\u00e8re raisonnable, sans cr\u00e8me solaire, permet de produire 500 \u00b5g (20\u00a0000\u00a0UI). (11)<\/p>\n<p>Trois heures de soleil estival sur votre visage apportent 10 \u00b5g (400\u00a0UI). (11)<\/p>\n<p>Dans la mesure o\u00f9 la vitamine D est en grande partie emmagasin\u00e9e dans la graisse corporelle, votre corps peut constituer une r\u00e9serve. Prendre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le soleil sans cr\u00e8me solaire ou exposer p\u00e9riodiquement son visage, ses bras, ses jambes \u00e0 un soleil agr\u00e9able (5 \u00e0 30 minutes, deux fois par semaine) peut vous aider \u00e0 constituer une r\u00e9serve de vitamine D pour passer l\u2019hiver. (11)<\/p>\n<p>Marcher au soleil avec beaucoup de maquillage (fond de teint) ou faire bronzette avec une cr\u00e8me solaire dot\u00e9e d\u2019un SPF (facteur de protection solaire) nous emp\u00eache de fabriquer suffisamment de vitamine D gr\u00e2ce aux rayons du soleil. S\u2019exposer au soleil sans cr\u00e8me solaire mais de mani\u00e8re responsable est plus sain pour votre corps que le fait bronzer fr\u00e9quemment avec une cr\u00e8me solaire traditionnelle. En l\u2019absence de cr\u00e8me solaire, votre corps est en mesure de produire de la vitamine D. En outre, la plupart des \u00e9crans solaires habituels contiennent de nombreux ingr\u00e9dients auxquels il vaut mieux ne pas exposer votre sant\u00e9 ni votre peau.<\/p>\n<p>Le Dr Michael Holick, expert en vitamine D, explique que le soleil contribue \u00e0 \u00e9viter de nombreuses maladies graves.(16) Sa philosophie est\u00a0: consid\u00e9rez le soleil comme votre ami, et faites-y appel de mani\u00e8re raisonnable. Tirez profit des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques du soleil et \u00e9vitez ses effets nocifs, qui d\u00e9coulent d\u2019une exposition excessive et chronique. L\u2019expert recommande de s\u2019exposer 5 \u00e0 10 minutes sans cr\u00e8me solaire. Il convient ensuite de se prot\u00e9ger \u00e0 l\u2019aide de v\u00eatements, d\u2019ombre ou d\u2019\u00e9cran solaire. Selon le Dr Holick, une exposition mod\u00e9r\u00e9e au soleil est recommand\u00e9e. L\u2019exposition extr\u00eame, sans protection, et durant de longs laps de temps doit, bien s\u00fbr, \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9e. Si beaucoup consid\u00e8rent l\u2019exposition entre 11h30 et 16h comme un plaisir, elle n\u2019est certainement pas saine. \u00c9vitez l\u2019exposition longue au soleil de plomb entre ces
