Un mythe qui persiste depuis des dizaines d\u2019ann\u00e9es. De nombreux pays europ\u00e9ens ont toujours trouv\u00e9 plus important d\u2019avertir de la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019une surdose (un mythe) plut\u00f4t que d\u2019informer et d\u2019encourager la population \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 une consommation de vitamine D suffisante. Quatorze scientifiques ont appel\u00e9 \u00e0 agir en 2008. Dans cet appel, les scientifiques ont conseill\u00e9 un apport journalier de vitamine D de 50\u00b5g (2.000\u00a0UI).<\/p>\n<p>Le Dr Reinhold Vieth de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Toronto explique que le corps poss\u00e8de un syst\u00e8me d\u2019autor\u00e9gulation pour la vitamine D. Ce syst\u00e8me lutterait contre l\u2019empoisonnement \u00e0 la vitamine D. Selon lui, le corps r\u00e9gule entre 75 et 220 nmol\/litre de sang. Il serait \u00e9galement question d\u2019un \u00e9quilibre int\u00e9rieur (hom\u00e9ostasie).(20) Le Dr Gert Schuitemaker affirme que m\u00eame une dose de 2.500 \u00b5g (100.000\u00a0UI) tous les quatre mois est parfaitement th\u00e9rapeutique et s\u00fbre. Selon lui, une dose de 3.750\u00b5g (250.000\u00a0UI) serait potentiellement toxique, sans \u00eatre hautement mortelle. Une consommation trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e de vitamine D de mani\u00e8re chronique (via la boisson ou l\u2019alimentation, y compris les compl\u00e9ments) induit une \u00e9limination excessive du calcium dans les urines, avec pour cons\u00e9quence possible des dommages aux reins, aux os, au syst\u00e8me nerveux, ainsi qu\u2019au niveau cardiovasculaire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":900,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[101],"tags":[306],"ads-targeting":[992],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.13 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Trop de vitamine D, c\u2019est possible\u00a0?
