Il est v\u00e9g\u00e9talien et une source parfaite de fibres (13g\/100g). La p\u00e2te est compos\u00e9e \u00e0 100% de dattes broy\u00e9es, rien de plus et rien de moins, mais en conservant les fibres de dattes pour un transit intestinal en douceur.
