Plusieurs sources recommandent 500 \u00e0 1000 mg de polyph\u00e9nols par jour.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
