Il a \u00e9galement d\u00e9couvert que manger moins sal\u00e9 entra\u00eene une constriction des vaisseaux sanguins et lib\u00e8re une hormone accroissant le risque de crise cardiaque. <span id='easy-footnote-1-3150' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/www.bartmaes.eu\/fr\/sel-de-bambou\/est-il-vraiment-sain-de-manger-peu-sale\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-3150' title=' article du Lancet 1998. '><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>En 2006, The American Journal of Medicine a publi\u00e9 que : \u201cle risque de d\u00e9c\u00e8s augmente de 28 % et celui de mourir des suites d&rsquo;une maladie cardiaque ou vasculaire, de 37 % si l&rsquo;on mange trop peu sal\u00e9 (moins de 6 grammes de sel par jour).\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, une vaste \u00e9tude men\u00e9e sur 207 729 personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de 25 \u00e0 75 a conclu qu&rsquo;il existait un lien entre une alimentation moins sal\u00e9e et un risque accru de d\u00e9c\u00e8s. <span id='easy-footnote-2-3150' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/www.bartmaes.eu\/fr\/sel-de-bambou\/est-il-vraiment-sain-de-manger-peu-sale\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-3150' title=' Source : US National Health and Nutrtion Examination Survey 1998. '><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span> Ceux qui absorbaient le moins de sel (1,7g \u00e0 2,64 g) couraient le risque de mortalit\u00e9 le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et d&rsquo;insuffisance cardiaque en particulier. Ceux qui consommaient le plus de sel (7,89 g \u00e0 11,52 g) couraient le risque le plus faible de mortalit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;insuffisance cardiaque en particulier.<\/p>\n<p>De tous les organes, le c\u0153ur est celui ayant la plus haute teneur en sel. Et ce, afin d&rsquo;assurer de fa\u00e7on optimale les influx nerveux et contractions musculaires. Le c\u0153ur a besoin de plus de sel que les autres organes.<br \/>\nVous \u00eates-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 demand\u00e9 pourquoi le c\u0153ur ne pouvait pas d\u00e9velopper de tumeur canc\u00e9reuse ?
