Ajoutez-y les d\u00e9s de tomate. Faites mijoter les tomates pendant environ 3 minutes et ajoutez-y le tofu. Ajoutez l\u2019eau, rectifiez l\u2019assaisonnement avec les \u00e9pices. Laissez cuire quel ques instants et mixez. Si vous utilisez de choux de Bruxelles, \u00e9tuvez-les d\u2019abord quelques instants. Chauffez l\u2019huile de palme rouge dans le wok, faites cuire bri\u00e8vement les \u00e9pices, ajoutez les l\u00e9gumes et remuez tout en cuisant. Ajoutez le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et poursuivez la cuisson. Remuez les ingr\u00e9dients jusqu&amp; rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient al dente. Parsemez des noisettes et m\u00e9langez.
