Also, not all blondes are stupid. Date products have a relatively low glycemic index and are a good source of fiber. Date products contain a lot of energy, but do not rock your blood sugar levels. They release their energy slowly.<\/p>\n\n<p>Date products flirt between a low glycemic index and a normal one, but never have a high glycemic index. That&#8217;s good news for dieters and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bartmaes.eu\/en\/dates\/endurance-athletes-diabetic-dates\/\">diabetics<\/a> .<\/p>\n\n<p>A low glycemic index is less than or equal to 55. Besides a low GI, the quality of the carbohydrates is very important. How healthy is a food? Date products are super healthy!
