Medicinal value of white thyme <\/h2> \n \n

Known as pure salt, this small perennial has a strong and pleasant aroma, traditionally used as a digestive and mucolytic remedy. It is also used to treat bronchitis, flu, fever and colds due to its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. <\/p> \n \n

There have been various scientific studies into the composition of the essential oils of this plant. The entire plant has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. It is widely used in aromatherapy as a relaxant, disinfectant and sleep aid. <\/p> \n \n

White thyme has relaxing properties. It helps with nervous tension and stress, coping with grief and provides tranquillity and strength.
