Some of us can only handle a small amount. If you exceed this limit, you might suffer from nausea or diarhoea, but most people don&#8217;t experience any problems at all, only health benefits. <br><br>Therefore, rationing the dose and building it up is very important, especially in the case of sensitive intestines. Taking MCT oil (medium fatty acid chains) together with a meal will resolve any discomfort. MCT oil in combination with fruit is not recommended. If you do not experience any discomfort when taking one teaspoon at a time, you can gradually increase your intake of MCT oil up to a maximum of 6 teaspoons per day.
